The Cape Breton Local Immigration Partnership (CBLIP) works diligently to ensure the settlement of all newcomers is a success.
The Cape Breton Welcome Network has Welcome Groups around the Island dedicated to ensuring newcomers get connected within their new home and that they truly feel part of and belong to their community.
