Isra and Miraj

Isra and Miraj, also known as Al-Isra’ wal-Mi’raj, is an Islamic holiday observed in Kuwait. It commemorates the night journey (Isra) and ascension (Miraj) of the Prophet Muhammad from Mecca to Jerusalem and then to the heavens.
