Independence Day of Uzebekistan

On August 31, 1991, the Republic of Uzbekistan officially declared its independence from the USSR (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics). In each region in Uzbekistan, a festive program is written in honor of the Independence Day. These are the performances of original folklore groups and sports battles, and variety shows, noisy fairs of folk craftsmen and food.
